Academic Certificate Attestation

Academic Certificates and other official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Nepal should be attested first by the Consular Services Department, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal and then only from the Embassy of Nepal. While official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Qatar should be attested first by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and then only from the Embassy of Nepal.

The following documents are required for attestation of academic certificate:

1. Duly filled up application form (download)
2. Applicant"s Nepali Passport (Copy)
3. Applicant"s Valid Qatari ID/Visa (Copy)
4. Documents to be attested (Original and Copies of each)

Birth/Marriage Certificate Attestation

Birth/Marriage Certificate and other official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Nepal should be attested first by the Consular Services Department, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal and then only from the Embassy of Nepal. While official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Qatar should be attested first by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and then only from the Embassy of Nepal.

5. Copies of Nepali Citizenship Certificates of bride and groom, in case of attestation of marriage certificate attestation.
