- 5 Bed Rooms
- One Living Room
- One Meeting Room capacity for at least 30 persons
- Dining Hall at least for 35 persons
- Separate Kitchen
- Open space for gathering around 200 persons
- Full/Semi Furnished
- At least Service Staff Rooms
- Space for Outside Security
- Space for parking at least 10 cars
- Swimming pool preferred
- Store Room and
- Garden
